bad clutch

hello new to this site just purchased a kubota dealer said it needs a clutch how can i tell for sure it moves in low gear only ..,thanks in advance for any input..

You answered your own question, tractor will only move in low gears, clutch will slip in higher gears.

Without more info I'd say the dealer is correct here.

Is the clutch linkage adjusted correctly? Could be worn and out of adjustment.

yes i did , the machine is in great shape with 1900hrs not all worn out . thanks for your reply
