I need some help out there from the Brain Trust out there, I have a Kioti DK40 with a 2485 backhoe and I'd like to get a Thumb for the backhoe. I was looking at some of the ones that Titan has one their website but I'm not sure about the correct size, does anyone have an answer on what would fit? Thanks!

Don't know about that one but I know Michigan Iron Equipment specializes in Kioti products and they make a mechanical and hydraulic thumb for their backhoes. Bro-Tek makes a mechanical for them I believe. Also with the MIE mechanical thumb you can convert it to a hydraulic thumb later on if you want without having to buy a whole new thumb.

I believe I read that you place your bucket at 90 degrees and measure from the boom to the teeth of the bucket. You need a thumb that is equal to or greater.
