Backhoe Backhoe swing pivot bushing replacment - how's it done?

I need to change out the swing pivot bushings on my Woods 9000 backhoe. What is involved in changing them? How do you get the trashed ones out and new ones back in? Can it be done w/o de-plumbing the machine?
