It's a key and can be bought in hardware store or probably TSC, Lowes,Home Depot, or the like. In the store, it is called Key Stock, and comes in a fixed length (like 1 foot or upto 36"), that you cut off what you need for your Key Way length.
All you need to do is measure the width of your key way groove and get that size. Keystock is square. I doubt if Kubota is using odd-ball metric sized stuff, but who knows?
My guess would be that it is 1/4" square?
