Backhoe Backhoe for BX2200

I was at Davis equipment in Ashland Ky. yesterday and teh salesman there told me that in Dec. there would be a backhoe designed just for the BX2200. Said it would be available in dec. think he said woods was making it, he wasnt sure on price. He said probably around $4200, but not sure. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Wallenstein does make one for the JD2210 and the BX2200 (GX600). They have a frame mount ready for the JD but not quite yet for the BX. BH is $4,300, 12" bucket 290.00, unsure of the price for the frame mount.

I'd suggest you trade-in your BX2000 and get a BX22 or BX23. Not only is the frame beefed up on the BX22 (it's completely different from the BX2200) but the Kubota on-off system is so slick you can mount or dismount the backhoe unit in about 2 minutes once you get used to it. Your BX2200 should get decent resale ......

There's also a BX22 with very low hours on EBAY right now....price was cheap when I last looked at it.

I would have to agree with Duane. I am guessing that between the trade value you would receive for the 2200, and the KCC financing, it really would not be worth buying a hoe for the 2200.
