So, I changed the tractor hydraulic fluid on my tractor, but did it when the backhoe was out disconnected. I hate the idea of now hooking up my backhoe with its old dirty oil to my tractor with new clean oil. Besides, don稚 worry it doesn稚 matter, does anyone have some good idea how to easily bleed the old oil from the attachment, before I attach it?

Does the hoe have three hoses connected to the tractor or just two hoses?

If three you have a dedicated tank line from the hoe valve that you disconnect and place in bucket to catch the old oil coming from the cylinders when you cycle them. Would have to keep an eye on tractor oil level while doing this.

I have 3 lines, but I was thinking 2 of them were always flowing when the engine was running. I値l have to check out the flow pattern. Thanks

If you have to loop two of the connections when hoe is removed those are the pressure and power beyond. Remaining line would tank line for hoe valve.
