I have a CK30 with FEL and a 2375 Kioti back hoe. I seem to be always tightening up the two supports that go from the backhoe to the sub frame. These supports are angled.I have used locktite;new lock washers; and replaced the bolts and nuts. Short of welding I did not find a answer.I know there are a few of these bh's out there.Thank you for any idea's.:)

I have a Rhino backhoe with a similar subframe setup.
I had the same problem trying to keep the supports tight. I welded mine several years ago and no problem since.

Have the same problem on my ck20, I drilled a second hole right under the top bolt. the hole was a little smaller than the bolt kioti had in there. It still does move a little bit, but not like it used too. Still thinking of just having it welded.

Still thinking of just having it welded.

Has anyone ever tried just epoxy to substitute for welding? What about brazing or solder? All of the above could be easily removed just by heating which seems an advantage over dealing with a welded bolt.

I didn't weld the bolt. I welded the support bars directly to the subframe and the backhoe frame.
I can easily cut the welds with an angle grinder with a metal cutting blade if ever nessasary.

Seems one could also stake the nuts and bolts. That way they could be removed again.

I put grade 8 lock washers on, used lock nuts, NOT the kind with the nylon insert, these have a "deformed" side that contours to the bolt, & Locktight "Sleeve Locker". Did that about 50 hours ago of Backhoe work. Still tight.

I drilled a hole the tap size and tapped the hole thro both plates, threaded a bolt thro and it stays sold

I'm trying to figure out just which bolt on the backhoe you are talking about. I'm using a CK2465 backhoe on a CK20. I'd like to check the tightness on mine as a precaution that I may have missed so far.
