I had a large project to do this morning. Our pizza shop owns 2 houses across the street we rent out. The driveway needed aggregate spread on the driveway and in the three parking areas. I started by bucketing the gravel and spreading it as I dumped. I neaded to spread it evenly. After floating the bucket back and forth for a few times I realized I needed a more effective method. When I applied down pressure to the bucket my front tires would be to light and I lost traction/w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif. I drove my PT to the woods and put a large piece of fire wood in the bucket. I then floated the bucket back and forth. This was extremly effective and fast/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif. I think I will keep this method in my back pocket from now on. /w3tcompact/icons/cool.gif

You can also just use a bucketful of the same dirt or gravel you're spreading./w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif Anything for a little weight.
