b8200 brake lever seized

I have a new to me 1986 b8200, the left brake lever that operates the shoes is pretty much seized, I can take a hammer and move the lever a little, don't want to keep banging on it, I have some PB Blaster soaking on it overnight, does anybody know any tricks to loosen this lever, the tractor has been sitting up for a while. and the brake compartment was full of mud, thanks in advance for any help.

You are doing it the best way...
Clean it up, apply PB blaster and work it back and forth ... take your time and give it several days to soak in and dissolve the rust... KennyV
