I don't believe you'll have a problem with a smaller sickle bar and rake but running the baler could be a different story. You didn't say what type of bales your puting up, but I presume we're talking small squares. You might enquire at a dealership or an older farmer as to the power requirements of the particular baler that you are going to use. Good Luck!!
