It's a rare tractor that you can see the whole bucket in front of the tractor.

Chances are if you can it would depend on the bucket and loader design but there are only a few skid steers that you can see the cutting edge on with all styles of buckets.

Larger tractors might increase the visibility to some degree but probably not.

Sloped hoods have helped your issue but I haven't seen a cure at this point and it can be difficult until you get used to the unit you are operating to know where the cutting edge is.

You need a bucket level indicator so you can tell what the angle of the bucket, or forks, is wthout actually seeing it. Very useful accessory that can be easily made. There are several threads you can search for that show pictures and explanations. Good luck.

If this is your very first tractor, just give it some time, seat time that is and play around a bit. Soon you will know how close you can get to stuff w/o doing damage. Hard to teach experience, just do it.

Here is what I used to help me learn how close you can get and then what can happen if you get a bit to close. My first Kubota. Built pad, then structure before I built my house.

The thing is one can't see through any steel bucket on any tractor.

Thanks for the replies. Doesn't look like there is a perfect tractor for
loader work. A little frustrating trying to load smaller objects in to bucket
with out seeing lip.Keep on practicing.
