Check the air filter. It will not make power if the air intake is plugged. The blue smoke could be oil being sucked past the rings on the intake stroke because of an intake restriction.
You could have a rodent making a home in the air filter. With only 200 hrs on the clock it must set idle much of the time. That is when the critters will move in.

There are four injectors. The chance of all of them being bad at the same is very small. It sounds like something that is common to all of them. How old is the fuel? Diesel fuel does go bad at some point. If it has been a few years since you put new fuel in the tank it could be a problem. Or, you could have unknowingly bought bad fuel recently. I would drain the fuel and put some new fuel in from a different source and see if it runs better. That is a simple way to eliminate a potential problem. If that does not fix it then, depending on your mechanical expertise, you could check the pressure at the injectors or a trip to a dealer may be in order. Good luck.

You say you cleaned the fuel filter. Forget that, replace it. Cleaning does not work plus it is a good way to put a hole in the filter. Just replace with a new one.
