The rear wheels on the B7610 wobble a lot. When we first got it one wobbled and one ran straight. They were in a wider position. I've since moved them in and out several times and now moved them in to the narrowest position where they will stay until worn out or a flat. I always figured I could get them to run straight but after a lot of messing around I can't seem to get it right. Any one figured out the trick to this or is it in the hub casting? Thanks.

I have a 2410 and have moved the wheels out near their widest position and have never experienced any wobble.
Since the dealers mate the wheels to the tractors, are you sure they have the correct rims on the rear??

First, jack your tractor (use the draw bar bracket as a jack point), loosen all your wheel bolts, then torque them in a criss-cross pattern.

Lower your tractor off the jack and operate it for a day or so.
I expect this will square away the "wobble".

If it doesn't, jack the tractor again and pull the wheels. Look for any distortion in your axle hubs. If you have this problem, you have a warranty issue...time to see your dealer

i will just tell you to do what ROY SUGESSTED, IF THAT DON'T fix the problem you then have a real problem, if this tractor is new it should have been set up right by the dealer. i would get them to straighten it out. NO wheel should wobble!

Have you retorqued the bolts that hold the hubs to the axles?

I have a B7510 and retorqued the hyb/axle bolts at the 50 hour service. About 2 hours later I noticed some "squawking" as the rear wheels turned. I rechecked the hub/axle bolts and sure enough they were both loose again. I will be checking them every couple of hours for a while and if the don't stay tight after a few retorquings I will be visiting with my dealer.

New tractor - back to dealer.

If you want real wheel wobble get the system that's on my Kubota B7100. The hub to axle is allways comming loose. The solution costs $300. dollars. New type of hub which has not happened yet.

It's been bandaided with bandsaw blade shimes and duct tape to keep bolts from backing off.

Thanks for the replys. I have crisscross tightened the bolts with the wheels jacked up. Also check the lock wedge every 8 hrs or so and after 1.5 hrs of moving the wheels. The problem is not in the rims it's in the hubs. I notified the dealer right after we got it, they wanted to wait until 50 hrs and then bring it in for a compleat look over. I think I'm going to have it dinoed as well. I'm up to 44 hrs on the unit. There going to have to get them straight. I can't have much wobble for the duals to work decent. Thanks again.

"duals" ?? what kind of setup do you have??

If your B has turf tires swap sides with the rears. This will let you know if the rim or hub is to blame. Forget the dyno as well, just keep a clean air & fuel filter and you'll have no problems.

The duals are band type. Titan 12-16.5 ind tires. I used 8 bolt implement rims custom rolled bands then generic J bolts and eye lets to hold it together. very little air pressure in the dual. I've had them bolted on but never drove it with them on yet. I want to get the wobble fixed first. There for stability on our steep dikes around our stabilization ponds. I had been moving the wheels in and out other wise. I don't plan to use the duals for any thing else. If your interested I could get some photos and e-mail them. I don't have a clue how to post a photo here.

On the wheel wobble, I have not switched rims side to side but have swaped hubs and since the first time I moved the wheels both wheels have wobbled, especially the right side which wobbled befor I moved it. The wedge bolts have yet to come loose. Thanks.
