My B7610 was working great last week and while I was rinsing the radiator screen off, the tractor cut off. Many attempts to start it failed. Today I had a chance to look at it and I discovered that a 30 amp fuse marked “solenoid“ was blown. Thinking this was the answer, I put a new 30 amp fuse in and it immediately blew. Being somewhat hard headed, I put another in and it immediately blew. I had a similar problem last spring and hauled the tractor to the dealer and after about a month they determined that the fuel solenoid was bad and replaced it. I’m thinking that this is the problem again but I need the tractor so I don’t want to wait a month for them to get to it. Is there a diagram somewhere that I can see where it is located, and can anyone give me a way to verify this is the problem once again? Thank you, ChuckinVa

An update to my original post. I disconnected the plug from the side of the solenoid, and with the key off, and the solenoid disconnected, it is still blowing fuses. This makes me think that there is a short in that wire that feeds the solenoid and might not be the solenoid after all.
