Tractor
Where do I begin.....
Gimme the lowdown! I have a chance to buy one at a good price. Nearly new, with loader. Never dealt with a tractor of this size before, nor with a Kubota. What's the skinny?

Search it here and you'll read for half a day. My recollection of it is everyone likes them. No issues critical to it.

I have 39 hours on my B7510 and I am very satisfied. I have a LA302 FEL and a 60" Bush Hog Finish Mower. For a tractor of its size, I'm amazed at the power it has to move dirt. I've also dug out and moved some significant boulders. To get a better idea of how well it would suit you, you may want to share your intended usage with members of the board. Good luck!

I've got a 60 HP tractor (Deere 2440), a 42 HP, and a 40 HP(Ford 3000), The 42 HP (MASSEY FERGUSON 150) has a loader. They do well at their intended uses. I find myself needing something smaller from time to time. I'll use the Kubota for cleaning the barn and feedlot, cutting grass around the house, running hay elevator, and just general "chores".

It's been offered to me at a price that's hard to say no to.

And who can refuse another tractor when you get the chance?

From what I have read and seen, it is a great tractor with a great reputation. Light weight with good power. Only downfall was it falls shy of doing bigger work, but you have that covered. I am looking at the 7610 over the 7510 simply because I wanted to have a little more horsepower. I still believe the 7510 would do what I want, but there is less than 1000 between them. Might as well get the extra umph! I think you will love it for mowing, general chores and such.

I pick up a B7510 with a LA272 FEL with 103hrs for $8500 and I ready enjoy it. I have a 60" wood FM and have no problems as long as the grass is not over a 1ft. FEL is great to have as a option. Have done many jobs around the house with it. For a small tractor I think the B7510 is a good choice. And if you get it at a good price that is a plus! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Like a lot of folks who own B7510s have said in these forums, it will get the job done if you're not in a big hurry. I brush hog 10 acres with my B7510HST with an LA302 FEL, but it's fairly slow going. I'm retired, so it's not a big deal if it takes 10-15 hours over 2-3 days.
I've moved at least 25 yards of sand and road base gravel around my new place filling electrical, water and gas line trenches the last few weeks. Again no problem if you take your time.
I still have 30-40 CY of dirt to move around from the house excavation work. I've moved some of it already into the foundation trenches and found that the tractor is great for doing the final grading work around the house. I'll get all of the dirt moved before the rain starts in Nov.
It's a great landscaping tractor, so I recently bought a $300 used Yanmar RS1200 rototiller to handle about an acre of that type of work. Haven't started yet, but the tiller seems to be in excellent shape and I'm looking forward to busting some soil next month.
I've used the 48" KK box blade quite a bit cutting a half-mile exercise path along my fence lines. No problem if you take it easy.

Will be using it to excavate for paver block walkways and a patio in a few weeks.

If I was moving up from my BX23 to a B series it would be the B7610 or preferably the B 2410.
In fact it wouldn't be a move up but rather an add to to the BX23
