I am thinking of buying a new B7500. Do you think it will handle a 5' brush hog? My field is tall grass (if I do not mow often enough). I would also have a FEL, a 3pt. Kelly hoe and a 60"MMM or 3pt. finish mower to mow around the house (avout 2 acres.
The other jobs it would see are: maintaining a gravel lane, moving topsoil from a pile to spread around, digging out banks for terecing, some trenching, post hole digging.

I am also considering a used 2350 with MMM. But then have to add the loader and hoe.

Any comments are appreciated.

Depends on the weight of the cutter you are considering. Usually I recommend a 4' rotary cutter or a 5' finish mower for that tractor.

I jumped to the 2410 for a little over 2k more. I found it to be a little stronger. I can say it was recommended to me a 5 ft. finish and a 4 ft bush hog.

A Woods B60 rotary cutter weighs 554 lbs. , the RD6000
Woods finish mower weighs 600lbs. Because of the difference in the design of the two machines the weight of the rotary cutter is futher behind the hitch point and makes it easier to raise the front tires off the ground.
With the FEL it sould be plenty of counter weight to offset the mower weight, but I still would stay with the 4' rotary cutter.

Stay with the 4' bushhog. I have a B7500DT with a SE4 rhino 4' bush hog and 5' rhino finish mower. Both are eecellent machines but I have loaded down the tractor with the 4'. The finish mower is no problem.

i use a 4ft rhino brush hog and have been pleased with it. the 5 ft would be a little to big. if you want a 5ft brush hog i would look at the 2710. good luck

I bough a new B7500 in July. Shopped at 4 different dealers. They all recommended 4' brush hog. I would however suggest that you get the 21 H.P. and not the 16H.P. I did and it handles everything good so far as long as you stick with recommended sizes.

Kubota recommends a 4ft brush hog. I have a 4 ft brush hog and a 5 ft finish mower, the machine handles both well.

I've got a Woods RD6000 on my 7500 and it works great! I remember that the dealer recommended a smaller brush hog.

My 7500 has a 60" MMM, Woods 1006 loader and I have an Agri-Fab 148 (48") rotary cutter. I'm really pleased.
I have turfs on the front and Goodyear Terra Turfs on the rear, they are great but tend to beat up the yard when mowing at times and kinda/sorta would love to have some turfs for the mowing season.
