Kubota B7500 HST
I am looking for info, Kubota is ZERO help. I have 21x8.00x10 Firestone Turf & Field on the front. One blew... One tire is $140 then the shipping... then the mounting, so it's nearly $200 for one tire.

Kubota says the replacement is a 12" tire... okay, I'd have to have a pair, that's nearly $300!!

I'd love to find an R-1 instead of turf and I've looked and NOBODY knows how to do the rolling aspect ratio..... INSANE!

So, looking for a complete set of front/back if necessary, USED is good too... or new rims if knew the size to go with what I have, and I don't care what color rims are, paint is cheap!!!

Tractorless since September, thank you KUBOTA for sucking!

Pretty much any auto/truck dealer can get your tires for you.

Supposedly, the 205/65-10 Kenda Loadstar C (6 ply) 20.5x8.0-10 is the same size. What is the circumference of your remaining front tire?

Check with Miller Tire- a site advertiser. I see good reports on them.

Most tire shops that deal in more than just car tires have reference guides to assist in rolling radius and would be the go to people. Can't speak for Kubota but do know that Deere for example doesnt even offer tires to their dealers once you get past lawn mowers and gators. Tractor mfg's don't make tires anyways so if they did offer them you most likely are not getting the best price available and will be limited in brand and style. Finding a r1 tire to fit an r3 wheel can also be difficult so I would not hold my breath there unless you are prepared to buy new wheels also.

From what I can see Firestone has discontinued that tire but the Kenda Aczlan mentioned is a good replacement at $53 without mounting.

Never mind. Deleted.

".. I have 21x8.00x10 Firestone Turf & Field on the front..."

I also have these, and they are in bad shape.

The cheapest option appears to be trailer tires with "road" tread. Anything with some real tread on it is expensive. It is just a rare size of tire.

You will find several old threads on this very subject.

Talked to many dealers with ZERO luck, that's why I asked here.... The Kenda Aczlan is non-existent in my searches, even on the Kendra site...The Loadstar is most likely the best option.... but the turf tire is not really what I want....
As far as the rolling aspect ratio they are all vague in what will work with the rear tires... If one can go bigger or smaller what would be the range... I know bigger is an option because of the Kubota replacement which is another turf tire.... insanity at it's finest.

Its available for $65 on Amazon: Amazon.com: 205/65-10 , 20.5x8.0-10 LRC 6 PR Kenda Loadstar Bias Trailer Tire: Automotive
As for going bigger or smaller, measure the circumference and keep it close. You want to go a little larger rather than smaller because that way the fronts pull through corners rather than being pushed by the back tires.

Are you asking someone to convert a R1 size measurement to another size so you can have R1's on the front with a different style up back? That doesn't sound at all common or realistic for a dealer to have to do, or a tire shop for that matter, to save a gearbox from destruction due to incorrect tire matching. I would assume any and all places are going to require you have 4 matching style tires on the machine for liability or ask that you do the research on your own so you're accountable.

TKTom - Since the original size is not available I merely presented an option. I am not asking anyone to do anything they do not want to do. You obviously do not have the ability to do the conversion and that is fine with me. These are fairly simple calculations for someone who understands a drivetrain. You do what you want but I would appreciate a complete change of tone and an apology.

I'm afraid I can't grant any of your wishes tonight. I was also replying to the OP or else I would have quoted your post.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but I'll take a stab at it. I've written quite a bit on TBN and other forums about how to calculate front/rear ratios and what tire specs you want to match. Basically, if you are keeping the same rears and want to change both fronts you will have to replace with a set of front tires that match the same "Rolling Circumference" as the tire that came on your machine. Every tire manufacturer has that information. You may have to call their technical dept. The best would be to find a tire that matches the R. C. either exactly or is only a few percent LARGER. You don't want to go to a smaller number for rolling circumference for the front tires. Anyway, that's the word I think you are looking for.... Rolling Circumference.
Hope this helps,
rScotty
