I have a 7500 HSD, I think it will handle your chores fine, I use mine mostly for finish mowing and monthly brush hogging. I have a Woods 6000 RD finish mower ( 5 ft) the bush hog is a howse 4 footer. THe tractor has plenty of power to handle the woods mower. Have fun shopping and read the post on this board I found it very helpful. FYI I paid $12,800 for the tractor, 3 front suitcase weights, Woods 6000 RD and the 4ft Howse brush hog.
