Tires B7500, 12-16.5 Rear tires, how much ballest weight can be gained by liquid

hello all,
i have searched and read for hours about ballast, both tire ballast and a number of 3 point options.

i recently purchased a B7500 with LA282 loader. compared to my buddies BX23 with the backhoe on the back, my loader is basically useless. i know i need to add weight for both improved traction, offsetting the bucket load, and saftey.

i am undecided on tire ballast or 3pt ballast box. I really can't make a decision without knowing what type of weight tire ballast will yeild. can anyone comment on my tire size and what ballast weight i could expect having them filled?

Put your favorite filling in the tires and add about 300 to 500 on the TPH and you will be all set.
