Can't get the 3PH to function. Lever moves front to back but arms are stuck in the up position and won't go down. Anyone got any tips on getting it to work?

Do you have anything attached to it? If there isn't any weight on them mine will not go down either.... resting a foot on it while the lever is in the down postion gets the job done.

Did someone close the valve?

Do you have adjustment rod on the right side which could have loosen?

Do you mean the valve with the "T" handle under the seat? Not sure what is open position.

The adjustment rod is adjusted to allow full range of motion.

Turning this valve may resolve the problem.

Any luck?? My 3PH arms won't go down either. I have a backhoe semi-permanently mounted, so it doesn't really matter, but I've stood on the arms and they won't move. I've tried the valve under the seat at both extremes, with no effect.

I've moved the valve left and right (it was very tight and hard to move) until it got loose. Still no luck. Also loosened bolt on top of hydraulic pump until fluid flowed and then reinstalled. Nothing, again.

I think I'd call a Kubota dealer, ask for service, and ask away. Someone there may be able to readily offer up a fix.
