I have a B7100 4WD with a B-219 loader. The lever on the control valve which operates the bucket angle is seized solid; the up-down lever works fine. I can't seem to find a part number for the valve. Can any 2-spool valve be used? Does anyone have experience of repairing the original valve or replacing it? Should I go with a genuine Kubota part? Is there a chance that the valve is OK and the cylinder seized? -- how can I tell?

Thanks everyone.

Welcome to TBN:D

I would guess with some careful inspection your valve can be saved, It could be a simple linkage problem, or the spool could have a little rust on it.

Have you done any dis-assembly of the valve? If you don't feel comfortable you could take it to a local hydraulic shop and have them take a look.

If yours cannot be repaired, then this joystick valve from the SurplusCenter is a great replacement.
