B7100 bucket hydraulic controller

The controller for the bucket is not working properly. Slow for some features and sticks on others.

Is rebuilding one a complicated job assumming normal, non professional, mechanical skills with a bunch of Klutz thrown in?

I am not familiar with the valve you mention, but assuming it is a spool valve it will comprise a spool, body, seals at either
end of the spool, a centering spring under the cap opposite
the handle and of course the handle itself which may
or may not be encapsulated. If it has multiple sections
take care not to mix the spools and their end caps.
