B6100-D Hydraulic

Does any one know the out-put of the B6100 pump and can you run a small loader off of it.
Mine has the block with the port to tie into the hydraulic system but most Kubota's I have seen have a seperate pump for there loader.
I have a Great Bend 220 loader and would love any information on it any one has.

I think it requires 4 gal per min.

I think this is the same pump as the B7100 which is just a tad over 3 gpm.

It sounds like you're wondering the same things I am. Discussed at length here.

The short version is:

If your cylinders are small enough, the onboard pump might be adequate.

You'll need to have your control valves setup for 'power beyond' so that pressure from things hanging on your 3pt hitch don't cause seal problems with your loader/control.

You'll need a way to return hydraulic oil to your trans case independent of the block. The setup for this seems to be a 'T' fitting screwed in where the trans fill cap goes.

I'm curious:

You have a 3 speed gear drive transmission?

What sort of oil do you have in it?

What sort of oil does it call for?

I have the gear drive transmission
A tag on the transmission and my book says 80w but it is not it has UDT in it
I have a Great Bend 220 Loader and it has 1 1/2 cyl on it and I have not had it hooked up yet but I think I will try the tractor pump and see how it works and return to the trans fill with a t fitting.
I got my loader from a dealer that had 2 that have been discontuned and can not get brackets now. But we will make out own and I just now need to get a valve.
