B6100 3-pt falls slow

I did this exercise this summer with one exeption: I do not have the plastic ring on my lift cylinder. Also - it was not possible to get it out just by lifting the 3P arms...Anyway - today it is much better. But it will still slide if I have the counter weight attached.
I talked to my neighbour he has a huge assortments of commercial tractors, and I trust him much:
Any tractor will randomly have a set of cylinders/packacing system (Orings) and as long as there is no external oil leak he never cares. So I leave it like it is now. It drops down with the weight on maybe in 4 hours operation. I can live with this. As was written before - it is a 30+ year old machine.
Just my 2 cents opininion.

My tractor has a chain setup on the back that will limit how low the hitch will drop. You just drop a link into the forked thing that holds it up. I ignore the hydraulic drop because that chain keeps it to a minimum.
