Does any one know the actual weight of a B3300SU with LA-504 loader, R4's and a BH-77 backhoe? I'm curious if anyone has actually weighed one, I know the weights are available on the Kubota website, but there are several variables that come into play. I'm trying to figure out where I will be in regards to towing capacity of my combined tractor, trailer and truck. I've got a 2001 Toyota Tundra 4x4 V8 and I'm thinking I'll be very close to max towing configuration if not over once the B3300 arrives.

All information is appreciated.

With my 2002 Tundra I pulled a B3030 with loaded ag tires, BH-75 bh and loader, 16' trailer. It was no problem whatsoever (mountain pass included) and I think you will be nowhere near the 7000# towing capacity. (I was never able to find a weight for the bh.)

I don't think you need to worry about pulling the load. Stopping it is way more critical. Today's towing ratings are somewhat bogus. My dad's '73 Dodge pulled a 14 foot grain box on a 5th wheel. Most of the time when it got weighed, it was 27,000 lbs. I personally pulled a load of wheat and weighed in at 29,960. (And I was over 40 lbs more)... Today's ratings, even for the 1 ton dually's at 20,000 lbs make me laugh.

I think the ratings are really based on braking and if you have trailer brakes, you should be fine.

The trailer currently has no brakes - soon to be rectified - both axles. I previously pulled my B7800 with 60" tiller and the box blade stored in the front with no problems. That combination probably weighed close to what the new package will weigh. I did not feel comfortable stopping though, I drove very defensively but worried about that panic stop situation. With the new setup I'll put the box blade in the truck bed if I need to haul it too.
