B3200, L5740,
Just compared spec between the 2 and am curious as to how they get 2 more pto hp from one more engine hp? Near as I can tell the tractors are near identicle. One pound difference in weight, same engine, same rated rpm etc.
Anybody know:confused::D

Can't really say for sure but I'd think it is gearing related. If you look at the travel speed, there is a difference there also, unless the travel speed is due to tire differences.

I'm guessing, but another difference is that the B3300SU (This is what I own) does not have a mid PTO, the B3200 does. Thus fewer moving parts in the drive line, less mechanical loss. This also may make the weights so similar. The 3300 has more weight in the bigger tires but less weight with the absense of the mid PTO components.
