Does anyone know how to remove the top lid of the B3030HSDC cab? It's funny that the manual shows you how to get to the airconditioner and all the associated stuff that is under the headliner after the cab top is already removed... BUT NOT ONE SINGLE WORD OF HOW TO GET THAT TOP OFF!! I guess they assume it's so easy they don't have to mention it. Well it is not... I thought that was pretty funny. HELP PLEASE!!! Thanks.
