If you are mildly mechanically inclined..... install it yourself. Definitely no rocket science involved. Not sure if there is an install manual of any kind that comes with it....... but if not there are enough of us here who have them to help with any questions. In the fall when I switch over from loader to blower, I think it may take 45 minutes or so (never thought to watch the time)? Probably the longest part is the bracket that holds the hydraulic lines, because you have to remove, then reinstall a few bolts. The first time you will have a little assemby to do, but if my memory serves me correctly, there are only two brackets to be installed on the tractor itself (aside from the one that holds the hydraulic lines). I suspect the trickiest part will be installing the driveshaft in the front quick hitch..... but again, nothing the average guy can't figure out.

Agree with Ductape,
Quite easy to install, I did the one on my BX23 TLB. Just make sure you receive the manual and parts breakdown book. You may have to put a few bolts in but it will not be hard. After all main blower is all together, It's just putting on front sub-hitch and a maybe taking off ( front brush guard) few items if my memory is correct.

I did not have a new snow blower, but put together a used one that was shipped half way across the US. The job was fairly easy and was only complicated by not having any directions to follow. Fortunately a few members helped with the guidance.

Although I don't have the same blower/tractor combo, perhaps these posts will provide some info.

Can't help with the electric kit because I installed the BL2666 hydraulic chute deflector kit on mine. I considered the electric, but even though the hydraulic kit is more than twice the money...... i figured it was forever. I feel its the cats meow, and as with all factory Kubota accessories, it is complete down to every nut and bolt.
