On a scale of 1-10, i would rate the 3030 a solid 9. Balance, steering, fuel consumption are good, brakes are strong, hydro shifts easy after break in & 50 hour service, 14" of ground clearence makes it easy to get under the machine and the access to service is a walk in the park. The differential lock pops in and out easy, cruse control is as good as my tahoe, motor is quiet, hydraulics are strong with outlets front & rear, position control, let me say this, once you have it, you cant go without it. Independent hydraulic pto engages smooth and quiet, 3 ph has telescoping ll & sway arms as well as ratchet lift arm level, making hitch up fast and painless. 403 fel is well matched to the 3030, the remote loader control is far superior to the standard kubota joystick! The cab is high quality, heat & AC crank, stereo is very nice, speakers are ok not great. My dislikes on this machine are few, i really wish the rear tread was adjustable, the seat takes a lot of time to find a comfortable position and even then its boader line comfort. The top of the line tractor in any series should include a full needle gage package. I feel the extras on the 3030 are worth the extra cost, if you use your tractor to mow once a week, the 7800 may be up your alley, also a fine machine.
