Are you going to sell your turnbuckle stabilizers?
If so, i might be interested in them.

I have the telescoping stabilizers on my B2650 and DO NOT like them. I can never get my rear implements tight.

I know I am in the vast minority on this issue, but I have not found the usefulness of the telescoping style.

If I used a quick hitch maybe. I have two Woods mowers and neither hooks up the same. Then the LandPride tiller hooks up a different way.

With the turnbuckle stabilizers I have to fiddle with stabilizers moving around while hooking up, but I can snug my implements down the way I prefer.

OK rant over😳.

Enjoy your new stabilizers and ignore my venting😜

Shoot, you guys probably could have traded!

I know it's not possible to get the telescopic stabilizers tight like the turnbuckles, but in most cases you should leave a teeny little slop regardless. I can almost always get my telescopic stabilizers snugged down to where I was with the old turnbuckles. Should always be enough slop where you can at least jiggle the implement even if it doesn't swing side to side any.

You could try this:
,,,After you get it near tight park on a side incline so it settles against the up side linch pin.
Lower it to the ground in this condition.
,,,On the other side remove the telescope adjuster pin and the linch pin.
Tap the lift arm outward [soft hammer] until the ball begins to cover the linch pin hole.
,,,Find a hole set on the stabilizer that wants to hold it out there and pin it.
Tap the lift arm in enuf to insert the linch pin.

,,, Should work. :confused3:
Actually you can do the whole trick level using a dead blow hammer to manipulate. -- Tapering the pin ends is a good aid as well.

Keep a stack of 7/8" washers handy?

I guess I will hang onto them for a while to make sure the telescopic stabilizers work out for me.

I converted from turnbuckels to telescopic stabilers. Best upgrade I made.

Key is to pull pins before you hookup. Then you hook up. Then you lift the attachment. Then you push it to the side until it is centered. Put one pin in then push to the other side and pin the other side.
