B2782B blower Help

Thanks for the help so far. I was able to get the bearing off of the shaft this morning and have ordered a new one. While I am waiting, I will sand down a few years worth of paint from the inside of the box and the augers.

Aaron, I did think about just splitting the gearbox but when I saw that the worm gears were $500+ I decided to take this route.
