After a long day of tractoring, I decided to blow my tractor off with my air compressor and found that the top of my midmount mower was covered in hydraulic fluid. I removed the mower to find that the line that was connected to the left side of the cooling coil, in front of the radiator, had a pin sized hole in it underneath the tractor imbetween the frames. It seems that when my not so bright former dealer installed the loader he slightly mashed/forced this line up into the tractor with the loader frame. This then caused the line to wear through at that spot and now I have to replace it. If the dealer I bought this from didn't drop the Kubota line, and if my salesperson still worked there, and if the dealership wasn't inadequate in every way, I would probably be on their door step demanding a new part. Oh well, but for you 2710 owners with a serial number under 16000 you might want to crawl under tonight and take a look at the support member connecting both sides of the loader frame to the tractor and make sure you have good cleareance for the two hydraulic lines running underneath. At least the good folks at Tractorsmart.com got me setup with new parts and I should be mowing by Thursday! Is that a good thing???

Thanks for the info. Even though my 2910 is a newer serial # I’ll give it a check.
