I have a friend who is looking for a small tractor for his 15 acre horse ranch. He has looked at the B7800 and the B26. Comparing both, what is the best between the two? I had a B7800 in the past and it was one heck of a tractor. But, looking at the B26, I think it may be the stronger tractor of the two, as it is designed for construction type work. Any comments?

Is this the only tractor for the ranch? If so I'd be looking at an L series...

The B26 is the better TLB, downsides are less PTO HP, can't take the loader off, and the FOPS is rigid (clearance). If the primary function is Loader & Backhoe work, go with the B26, If it's mowing etc, go with the B7800 or B3030 etc. or step up to a larger L for a bigger cutter
