Buying Advice B2410 pricing

Hey guys,

I am looking at a B 2410 with about 1000 hours on it with a belly mower and a la352 loader. Any idea what a good price would be on this? They are asking around $10,500 which seems high but I wanted to see what yall thought. It's in good condition and ready to work.

4x2 or 4x4, if it has MFWA then it's only a little high assuming good condition. If it is a 4x2, then knock a couple grand off the price, in the end though condition, condition and condition are THE most important factors.

You can have a damaged, poorly maintained 400 hr tractor that won't sell for $8k and the showroom shiny 900 hr tractor next to it that already sold for $11k - just the way it is.

Make SURE the steering works normally at idle when hot if you decide to make and offer, if not, deduct at least $500 for the "fix".

Considering good condition and 4x4, while not bad, I don't think it is a great price. I would definitely try to get the price down a little. To get some idea check tractorhouse.com and fastline.com for the same or similar tractors to help gauge price. Keep in mind the prices at these websites are asking prices also. Not necessarily what the tractors will actually sell for.
