Price Check B2150 with FEL price check please

Anyone have an opinion on a price for a 1993 Kubota B2150 with a LA 350 loader and 6 foot back blade. This is a gear model about 450 hours everything works, light rusting.
What would be a fair price, I'm checkiing it out this weekend.

Not sure exactly what the light rust imples about previous care. I bought about the same set-up years ago used, but with higher hours in very nice shape, with good turf tires, and paid $8,500. This was from a dealer, with full manuals and warranty. By the way, it continues to be a great tractor.

Just saw your post. I got a '91 with 1850 hours last January with a new 4ft Bush Hog and I paid $6300. $5500 for the tractor and $800 for the Bush Hog SQ 480. I put a Bush Hog FEL (1846 QT) on it in June for $2900. Add the tractor and FEL together and that may be a good price depending on where you live.
