B2150 la350 fel

I bought this machine last spring. Working great have done a lot of mowing and general work with the fel. Tractor has 1000 hours. I was out plowing and the loader has started acting funny. It goes up very slow. It takes minutes to get all the way up. Down, roll and dump work fine. Rear 3pt works fine. Any suggestions on where to start?

If it is the same as my B1750, look in front of the drivers right foot where the two hydraulic pipes to/from loader valve attach to the tractor.

On top there is a lever on a tap that turns through 90 degrees - the lever should point across the tractor - if it points front to back then the tap to/from loader is closed.

Could it have been knocked part closed?
