B2150 hydraulic issue.

So earlier this year, i broke my power steering shaft. The shaft sheared off the hole where the bolt goes through the steering column. Anyways, I replaced it. But ever since I replaced it, the hydraulics seems to not be working. Steering is hard and the three point hitch does have the lifting capability it used to. Any thoughts on what I should do next?
