I am thinking of a B21 for landscape purposes but will also want to use some 3 point attachments. I will likely want to use a bushhog, boxblade, and hopefully a Harley Rake. I fear the latter may exceed the ability of the unit.
Anyone with experience with the B21, could you share your thoughts with me?
I have a B21 TLB with the hoe off I use a 4 foot brush hog,5 foot finish mower,5 ft. box blade and an 8ft york rake with tires. You will never get a harley rake powered by a B21 cause it is too heavy uses too much power and you will need a hydraulic valve installed on the tractor! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
Are you happy with the unit, or do you regret not having more power? Do you load any small dump trucks with it, and if you do does it have sufficient elevation and reach to do the job? Do you feel this unit could manage digging an occasional basement for some home additions?
Sure you dig foundations down to about 7 ft. I wish I had more power so I could use my 6 ft brush hog 4 ft is kinda slow. I am looking for a JD 5 sickle bar mower. It is not recommended but should work cause it is not 3 Ph. Very happy with this machine cause it uses less than 1gallon per hour @ 2000 rpm My IHC 460 uses 5 per hour /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
