Hello:I have a chance to get a 93 b20 with less that 1300 hrs.It has the hitch arms included,very well maintained for $11,000.The only thing is it doesn't have ROP/FOPS.Is this a fair price?Also is there such a thing as an equipment salvage yard or what would be a fair price for a ROP/FOPS? Thanks for your help.

Those tractors hold their value pretty well but that sounds a little high to me. Three years ago I looked at a B20 with 600 hrs for 13,500 and ROPS. I believe you will have a hard time finding a used ROPS/FOPS for the tractor. You could have something made by a good welder but it will add to the cost of the tractor.
When you check out the machine see how worn the pins and bushings are on the hoe and loader. With the hoe off the ground you can tell alot by pushing and pulling to see how much play there is. Any used hoe will have some play but a lot of play can get expensive. (one bucket pin is about $30)
