My father has a B1550. For years now the brakes lock-up has soon as you step on the brake pedal. Basically the brakes are either fully on or fully off. He took it to the dealer years ago - they charged him $500 and didn't fix the problem. He's not the type to take it back until the get it right. Anyway he's now moved to a lot that has a number of steep hills and I think he needs brakes that work properly. Has anyone had similar problems? Or can anyone guess what may be wrong?
