Vin,I enjoyed that,You appear to have a great family/life and your site is deluxe(good).
We just had some friends here from Toowoomba,Dan told me it's called Hippo country.I said "I didn't know you had Hippos there",he said " we don't but,Toowoomba is the sound they make when they fart underwater".

Good on yer.

I picked up a few expressions from friends in Brisbane, that I don't see on your page. I don't know if they are generic Oz or specific to Qld.

- mossie (mosquito)
- Morton Bay Bug (looks like a lobster, but the first time I had dinner at somebody's house and was told we were having bug's, I was just a little nervous).
- Geez mate, that's a grouse looking sheila [ok - most of my mates said this is pretty archaic, as was the bloke that was always saying it]

Mozzie's is just another that was left out as there is just too many to list on a sat'dy arvo when yer pissed, /w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif however I will in time broaden the list.
