ASV RC100

I have a 2005 asv with a heater and air conditioning unit that do not work. I have cleaned the coils on the air conditioning unit and still no heat or air. I also have a Bobcat 331 excavator and the same problem with it was solved by replacing the mixing valve under the seat.
Has anyone an idea of where I should go from here to get them operational?
