ASV RC100 Resolver (Logic) Block

Has anyone had experience changing this part out themselves? I ordered the resolver block but it came as two bags of parts, some of which make no sense to be included and obvious parts that should be included are not included. Quite annoyed to spend $450 on a bag of parts. I was under the impression that it was a unit and had been told before it was around $100. So what the heck are these extra parts for?

I'm also having issues with my high speed not functioning, lights don't work and my ignition switch has been bypassed with a wire running from the harness directly to the starter. Trying to sort all these issues out. I have a parts, service and operation manuals. Is there an actual repair manual, or is it a dealer only item?
