Yes, I am out of the bog. I took the front window out of the door. That looked either than removing the whole door. I was able to reach inside the cab with a hook and pull the six pins holding the window in place, and removed it. I climbed inside, fired it up, and was able to back out of the bog.

balrog, glad you were able to access the cab and get out of the bog. Maybe you ought to think about changing your user name "balrog" Take out three letters (alr) and you end up with bog.
