I have a 2005 ASV RC-60 that has a constant 3.4 amp power drain with everything off. I have tried to locate it by pulling every fuse in the panel. I have also pulled the BOTH main power fuses and it still continues. I have not pulled any of the (4) AUX loader relays because it looks like they get there power directly from a fused link in the panel. ANY suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
On another note - Would this cause the alternator to put out almost 16 volts when charging?

I HATE electrical problems. A good multi-meter and a lot of patience.

Your voltage regulator has taken a dump. Pull the battery wire off of the alternator and see if your parasitic power drain is the alternator itself.

Also possible that the battery itself has an internal short. This you test by disconnecting the battery and if it drains on its own, well that is a problem.

Good advice ^^^^^^. If that isn't the problem,we can go through some other tests.
