so i went to test the relief pressure on the cushion valve on my chute rotator and could not get any change either with screw all the way in or out. And a fitting that had previously not been leaking was now leaking like a sieve.

So i pull the connections and inside it appears that some portion of the relief valve shaft extends into the threaded area that the #10 boss connector goes into so that the connector has bottomed out on the shaft and seems to have screwed it up. Does this make sense? valve.jpg20150420_161917_resized[2].jpg

Did you have a pressure gauge in the line before you started turning the screw?

Can you post a picture of the screw?

Is it leaking at the o ring?
