Buying Advice Arps Model 70 Backhoe

I was just offered an Arps Model 70 backhoe attachment for $1,000. For that price I'm thinking it's probably an older one. Any body have any experience with these things? I looked on the Amerequip website, but they didn't have any data to download.

Just wondering if it will fit my Kubota B2710 without a bunch of modifications, and what should I look for when inspecting it for major problems that would make it not worth the trouble.
