Ariens EZR1540 right drive not working

The left drive is working fine but the right drive just started acting up.

If I push the handle forward slightly it moves forward a little but without much power or speed. If I push the handle further forward it stops.

I checked the belts and linkages and they all look ok. There is no sign of hydraulic fluid leaks. Does this mean the hydraulic motor is shot? I wonder if I took it apart and found something wrong if I could get parts for it without replacing the whole motor.

Any ideas?

Having exp with hustler mowers it does sound like either the wheel motor or the pump is shot. Hustlers have a pump for each wheel motor.
