Are you this old?

Many have already mentioned these to admit they're older than dirt. :)

All but #16, and I'm only 46 years old. Milk was delivered when I was a kid, but it came in the cartons instead.

Great uncle had a Studebaker. And gramps still used his metal ice trays up until he passed away a few years ago.

The rest of the stuff listed was kicking around still when I was a kid.

I just picked up a penny in the grocery store parking lot last week, and a dime at the BK.
Dad still picked them up when he was 90. He fell down a couple of times, so I told him to stop doing it before he broke something.

The last one I picked up was just 2 days ago, but since I'm not 82 yet, I guess I can continue for a little longer. :ROFLMAO:

Yep, a penny used to get me some chewing gum from the vending machine in the train station in Ardmore, OK when I was a little tyke.

I remember penny post cards from the U.S. Post Office, but by the time I was working a window in the Dallas Post Office, and still had customers ask for a "penny postcard" I had to charge them 2 cents.

And I was doing that job when the price of a postage stamp went from 4 cents to 5 cents.

And, now, I no longer carry change, and no longer carry any money under a $20.
(The cash I carry is only for an emergency)
I give all $$ under a $20 to the grandchildren if they do a "chore",,
Their dad takes that $$ and puts it in the bank for them, as they do not use cash.
We are slowly cleaning out any cash setting around the house.

Over 2 years, now, not using money more than 3X a year,,

Yeah, the plastic is convenient. I like filling up with gas and not having to go in to pay...but I also hate to use the card for small purchases, so I manage to spend a fair amount of cash along. Change goes into the change bucket, which serves as a reservoir for the car wash and a treasure trove if the kids are running short.

Yup, same here, I'm cashless most of the time.
