What brands are foreign and which are domestic? Many Fords are made in Mexico. Many Toyotas and Hondas are made in the US.Con: U.S. taxpayers got the tab for a program that subsidized the purchase of foreign vehicles.
Are we about to see another "Cash for Clunkers" program?

The line between foreign and domestic has been blurred for at least 15 years now, maybe longer.
